Salmorejo
Soak the bread and wring it out with the hands. Put it in a mixer with the rest of ingredients and blend this all together for 3 or 4 minutes making a homogeneous paste. Then, add frozen water until the mixture is to the liking of the creator.
Serve cold and add crumbled hardboiled egg and small chunks of jamón serrano. It will become a thicker mixture.

- 3/4 Kg crumbled bread from last day
- 1/8 l virgin olive oil
- 1/2 Kg ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- Salt and vinegar
